The program goals of The SA YES Foundation reflect our commitment to address the economic needs of our community by encouraging increased employment possibilities and earnings potential though education.  If you feel that your grant request is consistent with these goals, please follow these guidelines when submitting your proposal.

On letterhead and in narrative form, describe your organization, your mission statement, nature of your services, the number of people served annually, and provide details of the program for which this funding is being requested.  Specifically describe how these funds will be used.  Please limit the narrative requirement of this application to a maximum of 2 pages. Send the Grant Application Form with  the narrative pages, complete the summary information page and attach your IRS Ruling Letter verifying your 501(c)(3) status.

Please do not send videos or slides and do not include binders.  You may include one copy of an informational brochure or pamphlet.

The Distribution Committee will accept grant proposals throughout the year. Each request will be reviewed independently and evaluated on its own merits.  Applicants can expect to be notified in writing of the approval or disapproval of your grant proposal with in six weeks of submission.
